| Tiivistelmä: | With the start of the bilateral negotiations at least the dialogue between Switzerland and the European Union has been resumed. However, the European economies are linked together so closely that several rounds of negotiations have to be expected. To govern is to foresee; those who already today know that bilateralism will reach natural limits are well advised to look out over the daily actuality in time. |
