| Tiivistelmä: | It is predicted that the rate of growth of the GNP in 1996 will roughly reach the same level as in 1995, standing at around 10 percent. The growth rate of added value of the primary industry will decline slightly from 195, and those of the secondary and tertiary industries will remain at the same level as in 1995 , reaching 13.4 and 8 percent or so respectively. Domestic investment in fixed assets in 1996 will chalk up 2300 billion yuan, up 18.3 percent nominally, but 10.5 percent actually, with a roughly 32.8 percent rate of investment. Inflation keeps turning for the better, and the index of retail prices of commodities will go up by about 10.5 percent. |
