| Tiivistelmä: | External systems development entails the architecture and design of the system while internal development encompasses the building and development of the system. The external systems analyst, or the user systems analyst designer, designs or creates the functional organizational system in terms of operational, line level procedures, and management needs to ensure organizational integrity. It is up to that organization, however, to identify those staff that would best serve its interests and enable its management and line staff to define requirements for an automated system. |
