| Tiivistelmä: | Described is the development of a knowledge-based system, called the strategic planning advisor. The system is designed to provide assistance or advice to a user who is doing strategic planning for an organization. It helps a planner to determine the most likely overall strategic direction for an organization to pursue. The strategic planning advisor was developed with an expert system shell package for a personal computer. Expert systems shells simplify the job of creating a knowledge-based system. |
