| Tiivistelmä: | We should understand the issue of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau's environment and its development from the angle of the state's strategy. Therefore, we should (1) establish the mechanism of the compensation for the interests of environmental protection and local economy; (2) increase investment in the environmental protection and economic development in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau; (3) establish the Chinese Nation" Ecological Source" Protection Fund; (4) accelerate the planning of the development of plateau's strategic resources, combining speeding the economic development and promoting resource development with optimizing the Plateau's environment. |
