| Tiivistelmä: | More than decade years' high growth in China's coastal areas has promoted their demand for enhanced ability of the departments dealing with raw materials, energy and transportation. However, these departments can not improve, in time, the supply elasticity due to such factors as insufficient investment and the twist of price, thus leading to rise in the prices of the above. On the other hand, the labour cost also increase with the per capita income rising. And the rising real estate industry makes rent and land price rise rapidly. To reduce the cost, many coastal area' enterprises start to move to the hinterland where the raw materials are rich and the labour cost is low. |
