| Tiivistelmä: | The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as a large ecological system should have a reasonable structure and coordinated operational functions which are brought into full play. It is of value to human survival. The "river source" and "ecological source" position which the ecological environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Platean is in, decides that the reaction of the ecological environment in this region in spacial scope does inevitably diffuse to and display in other regions. The spacial effect of ecological benefits should be larger than that of economic returns. |
