| Tiivistelmä: | The development and utilization of the resources in the Qinghai-Xizang plateau would likely influence the ecological environment. So they must meet the demand of environmental development in order to realize the unity of economic and environmental objectives. Attention should be paid to 1) the unites of resource development policy and environment policy, the scale of resource development and environment, and resource development and poverty- shaking off, 2) selecting applicable technology, 3) enhancing the whole people's awareness of environmental protection, 4) coordinating the relationship between population growth and environmental protection. |
