| Tiivistelmä: | Western economic development refers to transformation of resources there from the potential state to real state and entry into markets by means of effective allocation. Intensified support of the state's macro policies is essential to economic development in west China. These policies work by improving the investment climate there and facilitating, bringing about allocation of resources to the west through prior arrangement of the state's financial resources and projects of infrastructure. Support of the state's macro policies also includes enhanced development of the west and putting on the agenda the construction of a SEZ there. |
