| Tiivistelmä: | The British Music Copyright Reform Group /MCRG/ is asking the Commission of the European Economic Community to reconsider its response to the home taping problem. In its submission, MCRG claims that the green paper misunderstands and misrepresents the home-taping problem. The British government rejected the levy proposal while retaining legislation making home taping unlawful. MCRG does not find spoiler devices a good solution to the problem. |
