| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of this conceptual paper is to examine the internatinalization process of born-global firms, explaining the phenomenon from an integrated strategy-making process perspective. It is argued that the strategy-making processes of born-global firms depend on the factors that dictate the firm's international strategic behavior, and on the phase of their international development process. The authors aim to contribute to the academic research by stimulating more creative and integrative viewpoints to the examination of born-global firms. For practitioners, the paper provides better knowledge of the ways to benefit from strategy-making processes. |
