| Tiivistelmä: | Wage guiding line is one of the state's macro regulation and control modes for indirectly guiding industries and enterprises to the rational determination of annual wage growth with an aim at promoting the realization of macro socioeconomic goal. It is conducted by means of the prescribed maximum, base line and the prescribed minimum of wage growth, which are formulated on the basis of fully soliciting opinions from the departments concerned, enterprises and labour unions and according to macro economic policies, economic development level, the consumer price index of urban residents, employment, average wage income and other social and economic factors. It adapts to China's new situation of reform and so has great vitality. |
