| Tiivistelmä: | The after tax returns are examined from personal and corporate leverage and are outlined under what circumstances shareholders in the close company sector are able to replicate on personal account the advantages of corporate debt. Four different scenarios are examined. The implications of the four cases are than related to the capital structure debate in order to derive practical recommendations for corporate financial managers. |
