| Tiivistelmä: | The article discusses unemployment in Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries from the point of view of past , present and future.The knowledge about characteristic of central-planned socialist economies (past) and present trasformational reforms is very important for understanding the appearance of mass unemployment in CEE countries.From this point of view causes for mass unemployment are divided in direct and indirect causes.Indirect causes are connected with the past and direct causes are connected with transformational changes. |
