| Tiivistelmä: | In numerous countries, many entrepreneurial opportunities have been created as result of the transformation from planned economy to the market-driven system. This process continues to review attention within both the business and academic communities. Poland has taken the lead in economic growth and development in the region. Its gross domestic product has been steadily increasing over the past five yrs with a schedule to become a full member of the European Union (EU). This paper attempts to identify the factors, conditions, and opportunities that exist for entrepreneurs who are exploring new ventures generated from this transformation. |
