| Tiivistelmä: | The economic advancement of the Central/Eastern European (CEE) transition economies is going to be influenced to a large degree by two interrelated events: the development of an entrepreneurial conceptualization of business and the transfer of technology from Western countries. The transformation of the business orientation toward innovations will take à considerably long time to evolve. The purpose of this paper is to explain the role of companies from developed countries in meeting the technology demands of CEE countries technology transfers. This paper explores the drivers of the technology transfers and develops a due diligence process for technology transfer into EEC economies. |
