| Tiivistelmä: | Limited and moderate competition is the orientation of the reform of the formation mechanism of prices of network electricity. Present policies of electricity price should take into consideration not only the growth of supply, but rational allocation of resources of electricity, that is, more electricity is generated in peak hours, and less is generated in valley hours. Prices of network electricity will be decomposed into the basic price and kilowatt price that is regulated by the market, while the former is stipulated by the state, so is the price of network electricity in peak hours. In ordinary and valley hours, the price will be opened. Pricing methods of electricity are also suggested. |
