| Tiivistelmä: | Based on an empirical survey, the author demonstrates the impact of the changes occurring as a consequence of flexible employment patterns on the position of senior managers. To describe this the concept of "survival syndrom" seems the most appropriate: managers wish to prove their commitment to theit job by the length of time spent at work. |
