| Tiivistelmä: | The base of this study is on the multilevel theory of team decision making. The results of the study indicate that over half of the variance in team performance is accounted by the constructs specified by the multilevel theory. Those constructs are decision informity, individual validity and dyadic sensitivity. Results also showed that teams given feedback on those constructs performed better than control teams. |
