| Tiivistelmä: | A critical analysis of the birth and application of the green tariff (a new system of electricity tarification) between 1946 and 1969 is presented. There are various problems including the gap between the abstract models and the material and social realities, difficulties resulting from the insufficient consideration of the consequences of using these tarification models etc. They are encountered by managers who must confront the internal and external consequences of applying a sophisticated management tool thought to be "neutral". The results of the green tariff's application are: share in the costs, effects on distribution, consequences for the management of capacities. |
