| Tiivistelmä: | This study employed transaction cost theory to explore factors moderating the relationship between collaboration and performance in foreign markets among a sample of international new ventures. Results indicated that R&D intensity and advertising intensity were significant moderators of this relatioship: however they were not significantly related to the use or nonuse of collaboration. |
