Tiivistelmä:The key issue of this paper is whether there are different segments of consumers with varying levels of preference for different shopping formats. Specifically, the authors assume that consumers can choose from thee alternative formats, namely, online, catalog and retail and also that each format offers a different level of utility to the consumer.
