| Tiivistelmä: | There are two creativity techniques that can be used to sustain technical problem solving in a systematic and analytical way: contradiction-oriented and morphological problem solving. The two techniques use different anchor points for creativity: finding an answer to a system by combining solutions to subsystems for morphological-oriented problem solving, and finding core contradictions within a system and then solving them for contradiction-oriented problem solving. A method that combines both techniques is developed in this article and it is referred to as MorphoTRIZ. It forwards creativity techniques through innovation and offers applications for management research. |
