Tiivistelmä:Telemarketing is in principle banned in Germany. But restrictive laws on telemarketing could threaten the future of marketing research activities. To defend their position, German market and social researchers have to ensure that telemarketing companies keep within the confines defined by Courts and literature. The ADM / Association of German Marketing Research Institutes/ has now enforced its first declarations of restrains against telemarketing companies operating outside the legal confines.
