| Tiivistelmä: | Under the open economic system, the impact of financial deficits on international balance of payment is determined by the balance between domestic savings and investments, and the transmitting mechanisms of the impact are inflation, interest rate and exchange rate. There are three forms of financing which are money expansion financing, domestic loan financing and foreign loan financing. The financial deficits of those kinds of financing have an adverse effect on international balance of payment. Among them, the first one is greatest. |
