| Tiivistelmä: | With the economic development, China now undergoes more and more serious emigration of capital, this is prominently reflects in the enlargement of the amount of errors and missing in the international balance sheet. Currently the emigration of capital in China has gone beyond the international warning limit. If things go on this way, the capital formation will be reduced and the speed of economic development will be slowed down. The direct against the two loopholes related to emigration of capital, we should take actions such as to enhance the current items, to supervise the capital items, to realize the equal treatment of internal and external enterprises and to slow down the pace of the opening of the capital market in order to contain the emigration of capital. |
