Tiivistelmä: | Corporate entrepreneurs (managers or employees who dream of taking the company in new directions) can often walk a fine line between smart resourcefulness and simple rule breaking. This paper introduces a framework for middle managers and organizations looking for impeding unethical behaviours. It studies the barriers middle managers face in trying to have new ideas in less supportive environments, the ethical consequences that can follow, and a suggested assessment and training program for averting such dilemmas. The advice for companies is to establish flexibility, to remove barriers and to include an ethical component to corporate training. |
