Tiivistelmä: | This article offers a theoretical modification to the Hackman and Oldham (1975) job characteristics model by integrating research on the psychological aspects of job design with emerging theory on psychological ownership. The study develops the connection between job design and 1) the motives of facilitating psychological ownership, 2) the routes through which psychological ownership emerges and 3) the individual-level outcomes that result from an employee's psychological ownership of her/his job. |
