| Tiivistelmä: | The author finds that the modern quality depends on wholistic innovating.There are several concurrent efforts in Slovenia for Slovenia to become comparable with Europe and succesful in it, but it might be more useful to have them more linked to each other.Hence he suggests the quality to be used as a common denominator for all the current projects, and enabling for a (dialectical) systems thinking. This might hepl on the levels of the entire country of Slovenia and of single organizations, both; to them he suggests establishment of an office for survival and development.He also briefs methodological basics for the idea to be realized. |
