| Tiivistelmä: | An underdeveloped region is less innovative that the developed ones.It is so because its culture has not yet become innovative (enough).In the previous period, our research group produced a model on how the governenment measures should on all levels help the market and aware persons overcome the oppositions against innovation and thus to reach as a much as possible of the total quality, competitiveness and social responsibility.In the last period our research group has focused more on knowledge backing such measures.Its common denominator is the culture, subconsciousness, which is - too bad - left aside by the exact data based economics.Some data on the research conducted are briefed, too. |
