| Tiivistelmä: | The authors state that the study of conversation or language has numerous approaches. Five different analytical perspectives were used in a detailed discourse analysis of one particular spontaneous spoken workplace interaction to compare the interpreting and understanding of the same piece of data. Theoretical and methodological implications are discussed. |
