| Tiivistelmä: | Many tourist destinations collect tourist taxes for governments want to gain extra revenue. This article examines the impact of tourist taxation and price changes on travel-related services and consumers travel decisions. A combination of a diffusion model and utility theory to tourists that visit the Balearic Islands in Spain is used for the study. |
