| Tiivistelmä: | The most appropriate organizational structure for our agricultural industrialization is "company economic organization for agricultural cooperation+peasant household" .We should take "the contract system" as core in structuring the relationship between agriculture and industry. Economic organizations for agricultural cooperation should base on the unit of villages and implement the stock cooperation system. We should concentrate our efforts on fostering and strengthening the leading position of large and medium-sized corporative processing enterprises in agricultural industrialization. The contractual relationship between enterprises and peasants, which is established via signing on contracts by both sides, will regulate each side's behaviours, rights and duties as well as specify buying and selling amount, standard for quality, etc. |
