| Tiivistelmä: | According to the author's opinion, the economy requires a highly professional management in enterprises but the educational process has not yet met the pace with this development.There are three main: fields in which the competence of the management is substantial, i.e. the enterprise's culture, structure and strategy. It is impossible to run the logistics process without adequate control especially not in the activities where the structure of customers and consignements are being constantly changed. In this connection, the lean management in the business logistics, the outsourcing of the logistics services and new problems of the executives are thoroughly studied. It is well known that the advanced countries' economies still face the demand for a better utilization of knowledge and the improvement of the productivity of the intelectual work since this presents a key factor for the future achievements of the society's prosperity. The society of knowledge is bringing the noveltios which should be investigated in more detail, while there is not yet a clear way for the resolving these issues in theory. |
