| Tiivistelmä: | HRIS administrators often find they are subjected to howls of bad data from the users of their databases. The credibility of an entire HRIS database rises and falls with each individual error that a user surfaces. Thus, once an HRIS moves beyond its implementation stage into the later years of its life cycle, auditing HRIS data becomes a priority. |
