| Tiivistelmä: | Katheirne M. Hudson, the former Kodak executive well known for outsourcing Kodak's IS activities to EDS a decade ago, once said, "You can't write a contract on spirit and culture." Other outsourcing cases support her emphasis on the social aspects of outsourced IS development, or OISD. Looking back at the 1988 Xerox-EDS contract, the "spirit" of the contract, a "high degree of cooperation", and an "environment of trust" were all critical. |
