| Tiivistelmä: | Firstly, the issue of lack of owner of state-owned assets still exists, e.g. there is not a definite institution to undertake the function of owner of state-owned assets. Secondly, the structure of stock rights is not rational. Thirdly, the basic relations of enterprise management structure are not very clear. Fourthly, intangible liabilities of enterprises to society and employees make it hard for reorganization and development of enterprises. In addition, the liability rate of enterprise is too high, and financing channels are still immature. Finally, there still exist drawbacks in terms of enterprise organizational form and internal management. |
