| Tiivistelmä: | China economy must directly confront the issues of currency deflation. The reasons for exacerbation of currency deflation are as follows: (1)radical changes have taken place on domestic demand-supply relation; (2)Long-term low-level expansion resulted in gross bulge and distorted structure etc. It is determined by those reasons that currency deflation can not be improved in the short run. The pressure of currency inflation will not be shown in economy. Therefore, macro-economic policy should emphasize strengthening the intensity on adjustment. |
