Tiivistelmä:Today's labour market can best be characterized as a seller's market. HR managers compete for a limited supply of candidates. Yet many companies today are still playing by the old rules, unaware of the labour shortages they can expect to face. To ensure that their firms are well equipped for the future, however, HR managers need to recognize the demographic changes that are affecting the labour market, and develop new policies for recruiting and maintaining a qualified workforce.
