| Tiivistelmä: | The serious population problem, the backward level of productive faces and so on in China decide the necessity and urgency of the establishment of socialist pioneer and accumulation with chinese characteristics. To accomplish this task, personal consumption should be checked on one hand and on the other hand social group consumption should also be restricted. Moreover, the government should cut down administrative expenses and administrative institutions should take the lead in practicing frugality. |
