| Tiivistelmä: | The infrastructure construction features large scale of investment and long cycle of investment returns. At the present, the investment sources in China mainly come from state budget allocation, special allocation for construction, self-raising funds, domestic loan funds and foreign funds. To encourage and lure foreign investment, the Chinese government has adopted a serial preferential policies towards tax reduction and exemption. |
