| Tiivistelmä: | In 1990s a series of policies were formulated by related departments of government in order to support the development of large-sized enterprise groups. However, there are some problems in the policies. Policy suggestions to the problems are as follows: (1)properly define the role of government in market economy and in the course of enterprise groups' development, and emphasize that government should comply with the market economic principle, and it can not override market; (2)formulate sound industrial policy and promote its application, set up explicit criterion on filtering enterprise groups and regulations of elimination through selection, and finally establish technical system that is good for economic independence. |
