| Tiivistelmä: | The author relies on a 12.000 strong survey by ACEMO in his evaluation of the effect of incentive contracts on overall wage level. His regressions reveal that in large firms incentive contracts increase wage differentiation without raising average wages unlike in SMEs where they were rather a means of raising wages in general. |
