| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years many management teams have looked towards benchmarking and business process re-engineering to aid them in their quest to improve the performance of their organisations. Yet too often such initiatives focus on business processes which make little or no contribution to strategic objectives. In this paper a number of frameworks are presented which help in focusing such initiatives. The concepts of process is placed within a strategic context and an approach to integrating strategy with process is articulated. |
