Tiivistelmä:This research investigates traveller's shopping-related beliefs and behaviors of craft souvenirs. Tourism shoppers were segmented by their craft selection criteria and shopping involvement. Three distinctive groups of shopping enthusiasts, shopping lovers, and indifferent shoppers were found and then assembled by a heuristic approach of market segmentation evaluation.
