| Tiivistelmä: | The present paper deals with possibilities and bounds of goal orientated personnel development planning during recessive phrases. First , some of the firm's possibilites to react to decreasing demand are shown. Then, for the sake of coping with complexity in the field of personnel development a basic model, that takes into account the alternative reactions mentioned above, is (verbally) described and formally shown. Finally, some simplications, enlargements and enrichments of the basic model are discussed. |
