| Tiivistelmä: | This article is a kind of critical appraisal of the Russian experience in national wealth estimation. The methodology of such estimation is not widely known in the academic literature even in Russian, not to speak of English or other languages. So the main aim of the article is to provide Western colleagues with some basic information on this subject, especially for the 1990s. The author has applied himself to four major aspects of this topic. The first is to provide a brief history of Russian national wealth estimation. |
