| Tiivistelmä: | This paper examines the relationship between personal values and the ethical dimension of decision making. The study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to analyze the data gathered from 174 working professionals. That data were obtained using a series of five vignettes. The main finding is that there is a significant positive contribution of altruistic values to ethical decision making. On the other hand, the contribution of self enhancement values to ethical decision making is significantly negative. |
