| Tiivistelmä: | After over 10 years' development, the foreign financial institutions introduced in China have taken initial shape. They have brought serious challenges to China's banking industry in the lines like management system, service means and the supervision and management system. At the same time, they have provided good chances for the development of China's banking industry and the economic development. Considering the challenges and chances, this paper raises the following countermeasures: 1. development gradually by the principle of following in order and advancing step by step, 2. establishing the three-tier supervision and management system, 3. strengthening the competitiveness of domestic financial institutions. |
