| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the foreign banks in China enjoy a lot of super-national treatment. The opening of China's financial market to the foreign banks has gained the lead while the reform of domestic financial industry has lagged behind, which has influenced the process of the opening of financial industry. When formulating China's policy on the foreign banks, we should learn the experiences of the market economy-practising countries and also adjust the present policy correspondingly according to China's specified environment and conditions to ensure that China's financial industry can continue to expand opening steadily. The studies of the new policy on the foreign banks should highlight the influence of global integration on the opening of financial industry. |
